Onion Dip

This is a very simple recipe with very little ingredients. 

  • 1 8 oz. bar of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp of finely grated onion
  • 1 5 1/2 oz. red and white fish cake (course grated)

Combine all the ingredients, mix and refrigerate when complete. If the dip is a little hard (braking the chips) let it sit for a few minutes before serving. The one variable is everyone’s palate is different. So you may want to start with one tablespoon of the grated onion, mix and taste. Then you keep adding as you see fit.
