Coconut Creme Sauce

  • ½ cup dark rum
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Add the rum in a medium sauce pan over medium high heat until reduced to about 2 tablespoons Add the rest of the ingredients and stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
